Islamic Schools in Indonesia and the World (Aliran Islam)

Islamic Schools in Indonesia and the World (Aliran Islam) If all readers want to open their eyes and be critical in matters of religion, then the reader will know that the current state of the Islamic religion is divided into various groups and Islamic sects. Just like in Indonesia, there are:  Salafiyah (Manhaj Salaf/Ahlus sunnah wal jamaah/Sunni),  NU,  Muhammadiyyah,  PKS (Ikhwanul Muslimin/tarbiyah),   PERSIS,  Al Irsyad,  HTI,  LDII,  JT,  JIL,  MTA,  Jim,  Sufi tarekat naqsabandiyah,  Shia, and others.  Not to mention Islamic currents in the world, such as  ISIS,  Communist Islam,  Liberal Islam,  Qadariyah,  Jabariyah,  and others.  When it comes to science, we must always think scientifically, with clear logic and complete, reliable references. So why are we not in matters of religion as well? Why don't we want to think scientifically in matters of religion? Why do the general public only join in on matters of religion? Or do some even join in with liberal west

Can you brush your teeth while fasting?

Can you brush your teeth while fasting?  By: Ahmad Syahrin Thoriq Siwak or brushing your teeth is a sunnah matter which is recommended to be done at any time, especially in conditions of bad breath or when going to pray, this is as stated in the hadith: لَوْلاَ أَنْ أَشُقَّ عَلَى أُمَّتِى لأَمَرْتُهُمْ بِالسِّوَاكِ عِنْدَ كُلِّ وُضُوءٍ "If it had not burdened my people, I would have ordered them to use their face every time they performed ablution." (Narrated by Bukhari) However, the scholars have different opinions if it is done while fasting, some judge it is permissible, while some others are of the opinion that it is makruh under certain circumstances.[1] 1. That allows Some scholars from the Hanafiyyah and Hanabilah circles are of the opinion that it is absolutely permissible to use siwak during the day of fasting. The argument for this opinion is the generality of the hadiths which mention the virtues of the bewak, including those already mentioned.  Al Imam

PROSPERITY IN THE TIME OF UMAR BIN ABDUL AZIZ

PROSPERITY IN THE TIME OF UMAR BIN ABDUL AZIZ By: Ahmad Syahrin Thoriq Did you know that during the reign of caliph Umar bin Abdul Aziz, Rahimahullah, state policies were issued which were "not successful" at all? Among them is the government's efforts to pay the debts of its people.  This policy was in order to reduce the wealth of the Baitul Mal Muslims at that time, which continued to grow until they were abundant.  The governors complained to Umar that the wealth of the Baitul Mal was increasing rapidly, while the distribution was very slow, even though all sectors of the state and people's needs had been met.  Finally the Caliph ordered his governors to carry out a strange policy, which I don't think any country as prosperous today can imitate.  He issued a decree whose contents: (1) Doubled salaries and allowances for the people (2) paid the debts of anyone who had dependents (3) financed the weddings of young people who wanted to get married.  I

IT IS PROHIBITED TO EAT OPENLY IN THE DAY OF RAMADHAN

IT IS PROHIBITED TO EAT OPENLY IN THE DAY OF RAMADHAN By: Ahmad Syahrin Thoriq A sight that is starting to become a cause for concern today, where many people indifferently eat during the day of Ramadan openly.  Apart from the possibility of an excuse like travelers, it is clear that eating and drinking including smoking in the open is something that cannot be justified.  Likewise, food stalls, which used to be generally closed in honor of those who are fasting, today shamelessly indulge in dishes and show the eaters eating heartily during the day of Ramadan.  What's even worse than that, there are some parties who are starting to be sarcastic at the ulemas who suggest that restaurants should be closed during the day of Ramadan. Then, wisely, he said: "People who are fasting, how come they ask for respect, mad respect. Those who should be honored are those who do not fast." Or with language style that is no less arrogant: "If the fast is sincere, you will

SAHUR WITH DATES

SAHUR WITH DATES Regarding the sunnah of breaking the fast with dates, many know and practice it, but few people who fast when eating their sahur include dates in their dishes.  Even though the Prophet sallallaahu'alaihi wassalam also recommended it in his words: نِعْمَ سَحُورُ الْمُؤْمِنِ التَّمْرُ "The best meal for a believer is dates." (Narrated by Abu Dawud) If you have sahur, even with one piece of date, but if you don't have one, you can also use jengkol stew or stir-fried petai...

HUSBAND WIFE RELATIONSHIP IN RAMADHAN

HUSBAND WIFE RELATIONSHIP IN RAMADHAN By: Ahmad Syahrin Thoriq 1. What is the ruling on having sex with husband and wife during the day in Ramadan?  Scholars agree that this includes invalidating the fast, and not only has to make up the fast, but also requires expiation for the offender.  2. What is expiation?  Namely, with the first order of freeing slaves, if you can't afford to fast for two consecutive months, if you can't either, then give one mud to 60 poor people to eat.  3. Who did it?  The only person who pays expiation according to the scholars, including Syafi'iyah, is only the husband, not his wife.  4. If so, when is the limit of permissibility of husband and wife relations?  When it is time to break the fast, it is permissible for husband and wife relationship to be lawful as it is eating and drinking until dawn rises in the morning.  5. What happens when you suddenly hear the call to prayer?  Must stop immediately. If you are determined to continu

Safar Mode So You Can Have Husband and Wife Relationship

Safar Mode So You Can Have Husband and Wife Relationship Afwan kiyai, what is the ruling on someone traveling with the intention of having sex with husband and wife while fasting?  Answer By: Ahmad Syahrin Thoriq This is the characteristic of Indonesian netizens, the questions are very creative and intriguing. If you don't answer, this is a possible problem, I want to answer, I'm confused about where to look for references. Because a person like me is certainly not a mufti, for every question, references must be sought for the answer from the scholars who are heirs to the knowledge of the Prophet.  𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗮𝗿 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗵 𝘀𝗮𝘁𝘂 𝘂𝗱𝘇𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗼𝗹𝗲𝗵 𝘁𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗸 𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗽𝘂𝗮𝘀𝗮 The scholars explained that traveling with a distance that has allowed a person to join and perform prayers and not for the purpose of immorality he may take waivers not to fast.[1] This is based on the word of Allah ta'ala: وَمَنْ كَانَ مَرِيضًا أَوْ عَلَى سَفَرٍ فَعِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَيَّامٍ

SELLING FOOD IN THE AFTERNOON OF RAMADHAN

SELLING FOOD IN THE AFTERNOON OF RAMADHAN By: Ahmad Syahrin Thoriq 1. Is it permissible to sell food during the day of Ramadan?  It is permissible if it is consumed by those who are not obliged to fast such as children, pregnant and lactating women, travelers, sick and Muslim women who are unable to.  It is also permissible to sell to people who are fasting which food is used to break the fast of the fasting person.  But it is not permissible if it is intended for people who are not fasting without an excuse.  2. How do you distinguish between buyers who have an excuse, do you need to ask one by one?  There is no need, it is enough with a strong suspicion and the usual qarinah (general instructions) that are visible.  As a simple example: Packaged food is taken home, usually bought a few hours before breaking the fast. If there are gentlemen buying pecel at 7 in the morning, it will definitely be used for breakfast, it's impossible to break the fast.  And the simple sol

THE THREAT OF LEAVING RAMADHAN'S FASTING

THE THREAT OF LEAVING RAMADHAN'S FASTING By: Ahmad Syahrin Thoriq People who intentionally leave the obligation to fast during Ramadan mean that they have done something that is forbidden and a very big sin in Islam.  The culprit fell into wicked law which had consequences in the world where his testimony was not accepted and his guardianship rights in marriage fell, according to some scholars.[1] There are many threats and reproaches against the perpetrators of this great sin, some of which are as follows: 1. Hadith of the Prophet shallallahu'alaihi wassalam مَنْ أَفْطَرَ يَوْمًا مِنْ رَمَضَانَ مِنْ غَيْرِ رُخْصَةٍ وَلَا مَرَضٍ لَمْ يَقْضِ عَنْهُ صَوْمُ الدَّهُ "Whoever breaks his fast even one day in Ramadan not because of illness or there is rukhshah (lightening), then his fast cannot be made qadla' even though he fasted the whole year."

HEAVY WORKERS CAN NOT FASTING?

HEAVY WORKERS CAN NOT FASTING?  By: Ahmad Syahrin Thoriq This noble Shari'a will always be in harmony with the nature of human life. That is why of all religious obligations, there will always be an excuse that allows someone to get relief from doing it, including in terms of the obligation to fast in the month of Ramadan.  Among the excuses for someone not fasting who can then be made up or paid fidyah instead are sick conditions, travelers, pregnant or lactating women and people who are old and old.  Then what about the situation being asked, namely someone who works hard jobs such as construction workers or manual laborers who are under the hot sun all the time, can they not fast?  The scholars argue that legally this is not an excuse for not fasting. A person who works hard must still intend to fast every day. Only when he finds burdensome fatigue can he break his fast. But if not, he is still obliged to fulfill his fast.  𝟭.
