GOLD ADVICE THAT WAS THOUGHT HADITS By: Ahmad Syahrin Thoriq Maybe we have heard not just once but many times a beautiful phrase or advice that reads like the following: مَنْ أَرَادَ الدُّنْيَا فَعَلَيْهِ بِالْعِلْمِ وَمَنْ أَرَادَ الْآخِرَةَ فَعَلَيْهِ بِالْعِلْمِ.، ومن أرادهما معاً فعليه بالعلم "Whoever wants (happiness) in this world should seek it with knowledge, whoever wants (happiness) in the hereafter should seek it with knowledge, and whoever wants (happiness) from both of them should seek it with knowledge." Sangking very popular advice above, to the extent that many who attribute it as a hadith spoken by the Prophet sallallaahu'alaihi wassalam. There is even an article that includes the history of Bukhari and Muslim. Subahanallah, even though let alone the history in the authentic book, not even one of the hadith books is a reference that includes it. Then, if not the hadith, who owns the speech?
