PROHIBITION OF CLEVER Snacking By: Ahmad Syahrin Thoriq Did you know that one of the rules in the world of Islamic education in the past was that students were strictly prohibited from buying or receiving food that was sold openly? In the book al Madkhal (2/322) it is stated that educators will forbid food sellers around madrasas if they do not cover the food they sell and do not maintain cleanliness when selling properly. Attention to cleanliness is so high because Muslims understand that this is a principle and support for the smooth running of education. Unhealthy food will not only cause illness so that students are prevented from attending lessons, but will also affect students' intelligence. Bad food will not only be "poison" for the stomach, but also the brain.
