33 PROBLEMS ABOUT FASTING 1. GOING AFTER DAWN CANNOT BREAK YOUR FASTING Is it permissible for someone who travels after Fajr to break their fast? Answer: It is not permissible, because it is permissible for a traveler to break his fast if he departs before dawn. However, according to Imam Muzâni, it is still permissible to break the fast.
