How to Enable 2-Step Verification
Two-step verification is a feature from Google to tighten login access to users' Google accounts. Here are the steps to enable two-step verification on your Google account:
Enter the 'Manage Your Google Account' menu
Select the 'Security' option
In the 'How You Sign in to Google' view, enable '2-Step Verification'
The '2 Step Verification' menu will appear, click 'Start'
'Use Your Phone As Your Second Step to Login' will appear, click 'Continue'
Fill in the data requested by Google in the form of an account recovery telephone number
Confirm that the number registered is an active number
2-Step Verification is active
With 2-step verification active, every time there is a Google account login activity there will be a notification on the main device. On the main device, a Google account login request will appear in the form of a code or email.

Verifikasi dua langkah merupakan fitur dari Google untuk memperketat akses masuk terhadap akun Google pengguna. Berikut langkah-langkah untuk mengaktifkan verifikasi dua langkah di akun Google:
Masuk ke dalam menu 'Kelola Akun Google Anda'
Pilih opsi 'Keamanan'
Pada tampilan 'Cara Anda Login ke Google', aktifkan 'Verifikasi 2 Langkah'
Akan tampil menu 'Verifikasi 2 Langkah' klik 'Mulai'
Akan tampil 'Gunakan Ponsel Anda Sebagai Langkah Kedua Anda untuk Login' klik 'Lanjutkan'
Isi data yang diminta Google berupa nomor telepon pemulihan akun
Konfirmasi bahwa nomor yang didaftarkan merupakan nomor aktif
Verifikasi 2 Langkah sudah aktif
Dengan aktifnya verifikasi 2 langkah, setiap ada aktivitas login akun Google akan ada notifikasi pada perangkat utama. Di perangkat utama inilah nantinya akan muncul permintaan masuk akun Google berupa kode maupun email.
