SBY Releases the Book "2024 Presidential Election and President Jokowi's Cawe-Cawe", What's in it?
The sixth President of the Republic of Indonesia as well as Chairman of the Democratic Party's Supreme Council Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) released a book entitled the 2024 Presidential Election and President Jokowi's Cawe-cawe.
Democratic Party Spokesperson Coordinator Herzaky Mahendra Putra revealed, the book was released by SBY at the Democratic Party DPP office, Jalan Proklamasi, Menteng, Jakarta, Monday (26/6/2023).
"This article is intended to broaden horizons and deepen the understanding of Democratic leaders and cadres regarding the situation in the 2024 presidential election and President Jokowi's cawe," Herzaky said in his statement.
The book is red and has a total of 27 pages.
The contents of the book contain SBY's views on various issues regarding President Joko Widodo's position ahead of the 2024 election.
There are five points that are highlighted by SBY. First, Jokowi's statement that he will interrogate the 2024 Presidential Election is for the benefit of the nation.
Second, the issue that Jokowi wants the upcoming presidential election to only be attended by two pairs of candidates (paslon).
Third, Jokowi's assumption that he doesn't like Anies Baswedan and doesn't want the former Governor of DKI Jakarta to become a presidential candidate (candidate).
Fourth, the assumption that Jokowi provides endorsement or support to a number of parties to become presidential or vice presidential candidates.
Fifth, Jokowi is considered to be the party that determines who the presidential and vice presidential candidates must be carried by various political parties (political parties).
"Mr. SBY's writings entitled Pilpres 2024 and President Jokowi's cawe-cawe are conveyed specifically to the leadership and cadres of the Democratic Party throughout the country," the book reads on the back page.

Presiden keenam RI sekaligus Ketua Majelis Tinggi Partai Demokrat Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) merilis buku berjudul Pilpres 2024 dan Cawe-cawe Presiden Jokowi.
Koordinator Juru Bicara Partai Demokrat Herzaky Mahendra Putra mengungkapkan, buku tersebut dirilis SBY di kantor DPP Partai Demokrat, Jalan Proklamasi, Menteng, Jakarta, Senin (26/6/2023).
“Tulisan ini dimaksudkan untuk memperluas wawasan dan memperdalam pemahaman para pimpinan dan kader Demokrat mengenai situasi Pilpres 2024 dan cawe-cawe Presiden Jokowi,” ujar Herzaky dalam keterangannya.
Adapun buku tersebut berwarna merah dan memiliki total 27 halaman.
Isi buku tersebut memuat pandangan SBY tentang berbagai isu soal sikap Presiden Joko Widodo menjelang Pemilu 2024.
Ada lima poin yang menjadi sorotan SBY. Pertama, pernyataan Jokowi bakal cawe-cawe urusan Pilpres 2024 untuk kepentingan bangsa.
Kedua, isu bahwa Jokowi menginginkan pilpres mendatang hanya diikuti oleh dua pasangan calon (paslon).
Ketiga, anggapan Jokowi tak menyukai Anies Baswedan dan tak ingin mantan Gubernur DKI Jakarta itu menjadi calon presiden (capres).
Keempat, anggapan bahwa Jokowi memberikan endorsement atau dukungan pada sejumlah pihak untuk menjadi capres atau cawapres.
Kelima, Jokowi dianggap bakal menjadi pihak yang menentukan siapa capres-cawapres yang harus diusung oleh berbagai partai politik (parpol).
“Tulisan Bapak SBY yang berjudul Pilpres 2024 dan Cawe-cawe Presiden Jokowi ini disampaikan khusus pada jajaran kepemimpinan dan kader Partai Demokrat di seluruh Tanah Air,” demikian isi buku tersebut di halaman belakang.
