Fired from ASN, Rafael Alun Cannot Get Retirement Money
The Ministry of Finance (Ministry of Finance) decided to dismiss Rafael Alun Trisambodo (RAT) from his status as a state civil servant (ASN) at the Ministry of Finance's Directorate General of Taxes. This decision was also approved by the Minister of Finance Sri Mulyani Indrawati.
Regarding the dismissal of Rafael Alun, Secretary General (Secretary General) of the Ministry of Finance, Heru Pambudi, said that the former Head of the General Office of the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Taxes of South Jakarta II will not receive a pension.
This is because based on the results of an investigative audit of the Inspectorate General (Itjen) of the Ministry of Finance, Rafael Alun was proven to have committed a serious disciplinary violation so that the consequences were in the form of dismissal and not getting a pension.
"The recommendation from the Inspector General's examination is a violation and this is a disciplinary category of serious violations, so the consequences are being fired and unable to retire," said Heru in a press conference at the Ministry of Finance Office, Wednesday (8/3/2023).
Meanwhile, Ministry of Finance Spokesman Yustinus Prastowo added, currently the dismissal of Rafael Alun is still in the administrative process. According to him, the process will only take the next few days.
"(In the process of) administration, it's finalized, it still needs paperwork and so on, but that won't change the decision (to dismiss Rafael Alun)," he said.
Previously, the Inspector General (Irjen) of the Ministry of Finance, Awan Nurmawan Nuh, had completed an investigative audit of Rafael Alun's assets. As a result, it was proven that Rafael Alun hid his assets and did not comply with taxation.
At least from the results of the inspection by the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Finance's alleged fraud investigation team, it was found that Rafaek Alun was disobedient in reporting and paying taxes, and had a personal and family lifestyle that was inconsistent with the principles of decency and decency as a state civil servant (ASN).
Then, it was found that Rafael Alun did not report his assets to the authorized officials in accordance with the provisions of the legislation. Rafael Alun was also found to be an intermediary that created a conflict of interest related to his position.
"(From the results of the investigation as well) there is other information indicating that there was an attempt by the RAT brothers to hide their assets and sources of income," said Awan.
Dipecat dari ASN, Rafael Alun Tidak Dapat Uang Pensiun
Kementerian Keuangan (Kemenkeu) memutuskan untuk memecat Rafael Alun Trisambodo (RAT) dari statusnya sebagai aparatur sipil negara (ASN) di Ditjen Pajak Kemenkeu. Keputusan ini pun telah disetujui Menteri Keuangan Sri Mulyani Indrawati.
Terkait pemecatan Rafael Alun itu, Sektetaris Jenderal (Sekjen) Kemenkeu Heru Pambudi mengatakan, mantan eks Kabag Umum Kanwil Ditjen Pajak Jakarta Selatan II tersebut tidak akan mendapat uang pensiun.
Hal itu lantaran berdasarkan hasil audit investigasi Inspektorat Jenderal (Itjen) Kemenkeu, Rafael Alun terbukti melakukan pelanggaran disiplin berat sehingga konsekuensinya berupa pemecatan dan tidak mendapatkan uang pensiun.
"Rekomendasi dari pemeriksaan Irjen itu kan pelanggaran dan ini kategori disiplin pelanggaran berat, jadi konsekuensinya dipecat dan tidak dapat pensiun," ujar Heru dalam konferensi pers di Kantor Kemenkeu, Rabu (8/3/2023).
Sementara itu, Juru Bicara Kementerian Keuangan Yustinus Prastowo menambahkan, saat ini untuk pemecatan Rafael Alun masih dalam proses administrasi. Menurut dia, prosesnya hanya akan memakan waktu beberapa hari ke depan.
"(Sedang proses) administrasi saja, difinalisasikan, masih perlu pemberkasan dan sebagainya, tapi itu tidak akan mengubah keputusan (pemecatan Rafael Alun)," kata dia.
Sebelumnya, Inspektur Jenderal (Irjen) Kemenkeu Awan Nurmawan Nuh telah menyelesaikan audit investigasi terhadap harta kekayaan Rafael Alun. Hasilnya, terbukti bahwa Rafael Alun menyembunyikan harta dan tidak patuh perpajakan.
Setidaknya dari hasil pemeriksaan tim investigasi dugaan fraud Itjen Kemenkeu, ditemukan bahwa Rafaek Alun tidak patuh dalam pelaporan dan pembayaran pajak, serta memiliki gaya hidup pribadi dan keluarga yang tidak sesuai dengan asas kepatutan dan kepantasan sebagai aparatur sipil negara (ASN).
Lalu, ditemukan bahwa Rafael Alun tidak melaporkan harta kekayaan kepada pejabat yang berwenang sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan. Rafael Alun juga ditemukan menjadi perantara yang menimbulkan konflik kepentingan terkait dengan jabatannya.
"(Dari hasil investigasi juga) terdapat informasi lain yang mengindikasikan adanya upaya saudara RAT menyembunyikan harta kekayaan dan sumber perolehannya," ungkap Awan.
