The action of the debt collector snapped at a police officer named Aiptu Evin Susanto when he forcibly seized the car of celebrity Clara Shinta with a long tail.
The reason is that the Kapolda Metro Jaya Inspector General Fadil Imran was furious with the act of thuggery shown by the debt collectors to his men.
Fadil's anger then made the public wait for an apology and a sad face from the debt collector.

After seeing his members being yelled at by debt collectors in a video that went viral on social media, Fadil admitted that his blood was boiling.
The moment Fadil expressed his anger was shared via a video on his TikTok account @KapoldaMetroJaya which was uploaded on Tuesday (21/2/2023).
"Until last night I went to sleep at 03.00 WIB, my blood was boiling. I saw members being cursed at like that," said Inspector General Fadil.
In the video, Fadil emphasizes that the practice of thuggery has actually disappeared from the capital.
Ask the debt collector to be arrested quickly
After expressing his anger, Fadil immediately ordered his staff to immediately arrest the debt collector who yelled at Evin.
According to Fadil, space for thugs in the capital should no longer be allowed to exist.
"There are no longer places for thugs in Jakarta, don't back down anymore, my heart is sad. Do not let debt collectors like that, fight and arrest don't take long," said Fadil.
In addition, Fadil asked the Head of Investigation Unit not to be late to the crime scene (TKP) if a debt collector was involved in thuggery.
"If there is a quick response, quickly catch those thugs like that," he said.
Ask the leasing companies that use the services of arrogant debt collectors
Furthermore, Fadil also asked his staff
to take firm action against debt collectors and leasing companies that are still committing acts of violence.
According to Fadil, the ranks of detectives should not only stop at taking action against arrogant debt collectors, but also at leasing companies that give orders.
"If someone speaks harshly, including the one who ordered it, who is the leasing company that ordered it," said Fadil.
There can no longer be debt collectors who use violence and terrorize
Fadil further emphasized that debt collectors who commit violence and terrorize the community should no longer exist.
Because, it will cause unrest and can lead to unwanted conflict.
"Debt collectors are no longer allowed, debt collectors who use violence, terrorize people are no longer allowed," said Fadil.
As previously reported, celebrity program Clara Shinta reported the incident of car snatching by debt collectors to Polda Metro Jaya, Monday (20/2/2023).

"Thank God, all reports have been received and handled," Clara told reporters at the Metro Jaya Police Headquarters, Monday (20/2/2023).
Clara explained that the deprivation incident began when dozens of debt collectors approached her family's driver when she arrived at the parking lot of the apartment she lived in on February 8, 2023.
At that time, the debt collectors immediately seized the car keys on the grounds that the vehicle owner was in arrears in paying the installments.
"Then I checked whether the documents were genuine or not. It turned out that it was indeed my BPKB that was pawned. Even though I didn't pawn my car, it was my BPKB," said Clara.
After checking, it turned out that the BPKB was mortgaged by her ex-husband.
According to Clara, she had invited the debt collector to negotiate not to immediately withdraw her vehicle and wait for her family to arrive.
However, the debt collector refused the request and continued to forcibly take his car.
Police officers who were at the location then tried to mediate between the two parties. He even asked the debt collector to discuss the matter further at the nearest Polsek.
However, the debt collector refused the request and instead snapped at the police. A number of files held by the police were then confiscated.
"As attached in the video, roughly speaking, 'Nothing to do with the Polsek' accompanied by confiscation of documents from officers," said Clara.
Clara then reported the events she experienced to Polda Metro Jaya under Articles 365, 368 and 335 of the Criminal Code (KUHP).
"For those who were reported in the investigation, there is definitely more than one. So everyone involved, starting from why this car was withdrawn and to who attracted it," he concluded.

Pasalnya, Kapolda Metro Jaya Irjen Fadil Imran murka dengan aksi premanisme yang ditunjukkan kawanan debt collector tersebut kepada anak buahnya.
Kemarahan Fadil lantas membuat publik menanti permintaan maaf dan wajah melas dari si debt collector.
Darah Kapolda Metro Jaya mendidih
Setelah melihat anggotanya dibentak debt collector dalam video yang viral di media sosial, Fadil mengaku mendidih darahnya.
Momen Fadil mengungkapkan kegeramannya dibagikan melalui video di akun TikTok @KapoldaMetroJaya yang diunggah pada Selasa (21/2/2023).
"Sampai tadi malam saya tidur jam 03.00 WIB, darah saya mendidih saya lihat anggota dimaki-maki begitu," ujar Irjen Fadil.
Dalam video tersebut, Fadil menekankan bahwa praktik premanisme sejatinya sudah hilang dari Ibu Kota.
Minta si debt collector cepat ditangkap
Usai mengungkapkan kegeramannya, Fadil langsung memerintahkan jajarannya untuk segera menangkap debt collector yang membentak Evin.
Menurut Fadil, ruang bagi preman di Ibu Kota tidak boleh lagi dibiarkan tetap ada.
"Enggak ada lagi tempatnya preman di Jakarta, jangan mundur lagi, sedih hati saya. Yang debt collector macam itu jangan dibiarkan dia, lawan dan tangkap jangan pakai lama," kata Fadil.
Selain itu, Fadil meminta Kasat Serse untuk tidak terlambat mendatangi tempat kejadian perkara (TKP) jika ada debt collector yang melakukan aksi premanisme.
"Kalau ada begitu cepat respon, cepat tangkap itu yang preman-preman seperti itu," katanya.
Minta tindak perusahaan leasing yang pakai jasa debt collector arogan
Selanjutnya Fadil juga meminta jajarannya
untuk menindak tegas debt collector dan perusahaan leasing yang masih melakukan tindak kekerasan.
Menurut Fadil, jajaran reserse jangan hanya berhenti pada penindakan para debt collector arogan, tetapi juga kepada pihak perusahaan leasing yang memberikan perintah.
"Debt collector juga kalau ada yang ngomongnya kasar, termasuk yang order itu siapa itu perusahaan leasing yang order itu," kata Fadil.
Tidak boleh lagi ada debt collector yang pakai kekerasan dan meneror
Lebih lanjut Fadil menegaskan bahwa debt collector yang melakukan kekerasan dan meneror masyarakat tidak boleh lagi ada.
Sebab, hal itu akan menimbulkan keresahan dan dapat memicu terjadinya konflik yang tidak diinginkan.
"Tidak boleh lagi debt collector, debt collector yang menggunakan kekerasan, meneror orang enggak boleh lagi," tutur Fadil.
Diberitakan sebelumnya, selebgram Clara Shinta melaporkan peristiwa perampasan mobil oleh kawanan debt collector ke Polda Metro Jaya, Senin (20/2/2023).
Laporan tersebut teregistrasi dengan nomor LP / B / 954 / II / 2023 / SPKT / Polda Metro Jaya tertanggal 20 Februari 2023.
"Alhamdulillah laporan sudah diterima dan ditangani semua," ujar Clara kepada wartawan di Mapolda Metro Jaya, Senin (20/2/2023).
Clara menjelaskan, peristiwa perampasan tersebut bermula ketika sopir keluarganya dihampiri oleh puluhan debt collector ketika tiba di parkiran apartemen yang dihuninya pada 8 Februari 2023.
Saat itu, kawanan debt collector tersebut langsung merampas kunci mobil dengan alasan pemilik kendaraan menunggak pembayaran cicilan.
"Kemudian saya cek surat-suratnya asli atau enggak. Ternyata memang ini benar BPKB saya yang digadai. Padahal saya enggak menggadaikan mobil saya, BPKB saya," kata Clara.
Setelah dicek, ternyata BPKB itu digadaikan oleh mantan suaminya.
Menurut Clara, dirinya sempat mengajak pihak debt collector bernegosiasi untuk tidak langsung menarik kendaraannya dan menunggu kedatangan keluarganya.
Namun, pihak debt collector menolak permintaan tersebut dan tetap mengambil secara paksa mobil miliknya.
Anggota polisi yang berada di lokasi kemudian mencoba memediasi kedua belah pihak. Dia bahkan meminta pihak debt collector agar membahas permasalahan itu lebih lanjut di Polsek terdekat.
Namun, pihak debt collector menolak permintaan tersebut dan justru membentak-bentak sang polisi. Sejumlah berkas yang dipegang oleh polisi tersebut kemudian dirampas.
"Seperti yang terlampir dalam video. kira-kira ngomongnya, 'Enggak ada urusan sama Polsek' disertai dengan perampasan dokumen dari petugas," kata Clara.
Clara kemudian melaporkan peristiwa yang dialaminya ke Polda Metro Jaya dengan Pasal 365, 368 dan 335 Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana (KUHP).
"Untuk yang dilaporkan dalam lidik yang pasti lebih dari satu. Jadi semua yang terlibat dari mulai kenapa mobil ini ditarik dan sampai siapa yang menarik," pungkasnya.
