Terima Rp 900 Juta dari Wahyu Kenzo yang Kini Jadi Tersangka, Gus Miftah Buka-bukaan
Gus Miftah ikut terseret dalam pusara kasus robot trading ilegal ATG yang kini menetapkan Wahyu Kenzo sebagai tersangka.
Diketahui, Gus Miftah menerima uang sebesar Rp 900 juta, setelah Wahyu Kenzo memenangkan lelang blangkonnya.
Senada dengan Haji Faisal yang kini ikut terseret karena menerima Rp 400 juta sebagai donasi Gala Sky, Gus Miftah mengaku tak tahu sumber dana Wahyu Kenzo.
"Kan saya hanya melelang. Pas dibeli (Wahyu Kenzo) saya tidak tahu uangnya dari mana," tegas Gus Miftah, dikutip dari YouTube Seleb on Cam, Kamis (13/4/2023).
Ia pun meyakini tuduhan dirinya terlibat robot trading ilegal hanyalah asal.
"Tuduhan pelapor ini asal aja," tukasnya.
Gus Miftah pun menjelaskan ke mana uang Rp 900 juta tersebut digunakan.
"Uang lelang itu saya gunakan buat amal, bukan buat saya pribadi," lanjut Gus Miftah.
Haji Faisal buka suara setelah dirinya disebut-sebut terseret kasus robot trading ilegal Auto Trade Gold (ATG) gara-gara donasi Gala Sky.
Ayah mendiang Bibi Ardiansyah tersebut berdalih tak tahu apa-apa soal sumber uang yang diberikan saat donasi Gala digelar.
Menurutnya, tidak etis menanyakan dari mana sumber uang yang didapatkan pemberi donasi.
"Nggak mungkin dong setiap orang menyumbang saya tanyain 'Duit kamu dari mana?'," beber Faisal, dikutip dari YouTube Sambal Lalap, Rabu (12/4/2023).
Menurut Faisal, ia sama sekali tak mengenal Bayu Walker.
Terkait foto bersama, Faisal menjelaskannya.
"Berfoto dengan saya iya, itu saya akui, hubungannya apa? Saya juga bingung," tambahnya.
Faisal menuturkan, Bayu Walker kala itu berhubungan langsung dengan Tom Liwafa yang membantu penggalangan dana untuk Gala.
"Saya nggak berurusan langsung dengan Bayu Walker, saya berurusan sama Tomli," jelasnya.
Nama Haji Faisal turut terseret kasus robot trading ilegal ATG setelah menerima dana Rp 400 juta dari Bayu Walker, yang merupakan orang kepercayaan Wahyu Kenzo.
Uang tersebut diberikan saat penggalangan donasi untuk Gala Sky Andriansyah, putra mendiang Vanessa Angel dan Bibi Ardiansyah dibuka dua tahun lalu.
Adapun, Wahyu Kenzo telah ditetapkan sebagai tersangka kasus investasi boding robot trading ATG.
"Ini Haji Faisal ya, beliau menerima Rp 400 juta," ungkap pengacara korban trading ATG, Zainul Arifin.
Menanggapi hal itu, Doddy Sudrajat selaku besan Haji Faisal pun buka suara.
Doddy merasa keputusannya menentang donasi untuk Gala dua tahun silam adalah hal yang tepat.
"Makanya Daddy dari awal orang yang sangat tidak setuju dan menentang keras penggalangan donasi dua tahun lalu," jelas Doddy, dikutip dari YouTube Sambal Lalap, Rabu (12/4/2023).
Ia menyesalkan, kini dana yang diterima Faisal itu justru bermasalah.
Ayah Mayang Lucyana Fitri itu takut Gala akan kena imbasnya.
"Sekarang ada berita sebagian dari donasi itu di curigai sebagai dana TPPU atau pencucian uang. Itu takutnya nanti dibully Galanya," lanjut Doddy.
Dia menegaskan, sikapnya dua tahun lalu tidak berlebihan dan memiliki alasan.
"Tidak baik juga untuk masa depan Gala, ya intinya kita mengantisipasi aja. Jadi Daddy tidak berlebihan dua tahun lalu tidak setuju dan menentang keras penggalangan dana beli rumah untuk Gala," tukasnya.
Sejumlah Artis Terseret
Sejumlah artis di antaranya, Raffi Ahmad, Atta Halilintar, hingga Judika terseret kasus robot trading ATG.
Setelah pemilik robot trading ATG, Wahyu Kenzo dilaporkan atas tuduhan penipuan berkedok investasi, sejumlah nama artis papan atas Tanah Air terseret.
Dikutip dari YouTube Intens Investigasi, Rabu (12/4/2023), kuasa hukum dari korban robot trading ATG, Zainul Arifin memperlihatkan beberapa foto artis yang ikut terseret dalam kasus ini.
Sebelumnya, Raffi Ahmad sempat menerima hadiah pemberian Wahyu Kenzo. "Ini Raffi Ahmad, Wahyu Kenzo sama istrinya memberi hadiah pada saat kelahiran anak kedua Raffi Ahmad, hadiah ini kan menerima sesuatu."
"Kemudian yang kedua, ini dia sebagai brand ambassador," terang Zainul Arifin. Ada pula Gus Miftah hingga Dokter Tirta yang menerima sejumlah uang dari hasil melelang barang mereka. "Ini Gus Miftah yang menjual lelang blangkonnya Rp 900 juta."
"Di bawahnya ada Dokter Tirta yang lelang motornya Rp 120 juta," jelasnya.
Lebih lanjut, Zainul juga menyampaikan bahwa artis Stefan William, Rian D'Masiv, Judika, dan Atta Halilintar menjadi brand ambassador produk milik terlapor. "Ini ada Stefan William sebagai brand ambassador."
"Kemudian ini Rian D'Masiv sama Judika sebagai brand ambassador (produk)." "Terus ini Atta Halilintar brand ambassador di produknya istrinya si Wahyu Kenzo," imbuhnya.
Dalam kesempatan tersebut, salah satu tim kuasa hukum Zainul mengatakan bahwa jumlah korban robot trading ATG juga berada di luar negeri.
"Jumlah korban sangat luar biasa, tidak hanya ada di Indonesia, tetapi korban itu ada di luar negeri."
"Saya dapat informasi di Prancis sekitar ada tiga miliar dolar," bebernya.
"Kemarin juga kita melakukan zoom dari Singapore sama Malaysia."
"Banyak, ribuan korban di sana yang terduga juga, ada ratusan miliar di sana," tutupnya. Sebagai informasi, jumlah korban robot trading ATG telah mencapai 850 orang. Total kerugian korban hingga Rp 9 triliun.
