Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) meminta bantuan media massa dan netizen untuk menelusuri dan mengungkap kekayaan tidak wajar para pejabat negara, berkaca dari kasus harta kekayaan mantan pejabat Direktorat Jenderal Pajak (DJP) Rafael Alun Trisambodo.

"Coba teman-teman wartawan dan netizen kalau itu bisa melacak aset para pejabat penyelenggara negara, kemudian viralkan. Sehingga apa? Banyak yang gerak. Itu kan juga salah satu dorongan supaya pejabat tidak bertindak macam-macam. Kan begitu. Itu sebetulnya dorongnya ke sana," kata Wakil Ketua KPK Alexander Marwata kepada awak media di Gedung Merah Putih KPK, Jakarta, Selasa (28/2/2023).

Menurut Alexander, dari pemantauan KPK, ditemukan ada sejumlah pejabat negara yang laporan harta kekayaannya tidak sesuai dengan profil gaji dan jabatannya.

Alexander menyampaikan, bentuk ketidaksesuaian harta dan profil gaji serta jabatan pejabat negara dalam LHKPN itu jumlah hartanya sangat besar atau justru terlampau minim.

Alexander berharap awak media dan masyarakat bekerja sama untuk mengungkap aset-aset milik pejabat negara lainnya dan tidak hanya terhenti pada Rafael.

"Di satu sisi bagus ini kan. Teman-teman wartawan dan netizen banyak mengungkap aset-aset yang bersangkutan. Tapi saya bilang jangan berhenti di yang bersangkutan. Banyak pejabat kita yang berperilaku demikian," ucap Alexander.

Rafael menjalani klarifikasi oleh Direktorat Pendaftaran dan Pemeriksaan (PP) Laporan Harta Kekayaan Penyelenggara Negara (LHKPN) di Gedung Merah Putih Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK), Jakarta, Rabu (1/3/2023).

Penyebabnya adalah Rafael menyatakan mempunyai harta sebesar Rp 56,1 miliar di dalam LHKPN yang dianggap tidak wajar dan tak sesuai profil jabatannya.

Perwakilan Kementerian Keuangan (Kemenkeu) yang membawahkan DJP sebelumnya telah mendatangi KPK membahas klarifikasi harta kekayaan Rafael.

Kekayaan Rafael disorot setelah salah satu anaknya, Mario Dandy Satrio (20), menjadi tersangka penganiayaan terhadap D (17).

Gaya hidup Mario kemudian menjadi sorotan karena dia kerap memamerkan sejumlah kendaraan mewah, seperti mobil dan sepeda motor besar.

Selang beberapa waktu kemudian, Menteri Koordinator bidang Politik, Hukum, dan Keamanan (Menko Polhukam) Mahfud MD mengatakan bahwa Rafael terendus melakukan transaksi "yang agak aneh".

Kepala Pusat Pelaporan dan Analisis Transaksi Keuangan (PPATK) Ivan Yustiavandana menduga Rafael menggunakan nominee atau orang lain untuk membuka rekening dan melakukan transaksi.

PPATK pun telah mengirimkan hasil analisis transaksi mencurigakan Rafael ke KPK sejak 2012.

“Signifikan tidak sesuai profile yang bersangkutan dan menggunakan pihak-pihak yang patut diduga sebagai nominee atau perantaranya,” kata Ivan.

Akibat kasus penganiayaan dan kekayaan tidak wajar itu, Menteri Keuangan Sri Mulyani mencopot Rafael dari jabatannya di DJP.
