TRAINING YOUR HEART TO BE CALM
- When you feel lonely, DHINK because ALLAH is All-Hearing
- When you feel happy, THANKFUL because Allah is the Giver
- When you are angry, STAY FORGIVE because ALLAH is Forgiving
- When you feel sad, prostrate because Allah is Most Merciful.
- Sometimes Allah gives what we need not what we want because Allah knows best what is best.
- ALLAH is Most Just and Most Merciful. Everything that happens will make sense.
- Train the heart to have GOOD THOUGHTS towards GOD.
- Train the heart to depend on God not on humans.
- Train the heart to be grateful, God willing, we will be happy.
- Train the heart to APPLY and FORGIVE, God willing, the restlessness will disappear.
Hopefully we can all practice it. God willing, life will be calm, Amen..
