33 PROBLEMS RELATING TO FASTING
1. GOING AFTER DAWN SHOULD NOT BREAK YOUR FASTING
Can people who travel after Fajr break their fast? 
Answer: No, because it is permissible for the traveler to break the fast if he leaves before dawn. However, according to Imam Muzâni, it is still permissible to break the fast. Reference :

3. CHEWING FOOD FOR THE BABY
A mother's love is so great for her beloved child. He is willing to do anything for the growth and health of his child. 4. SAHUR BEFORE 12 AT NIGHT

5. INTENTION TO FASTING MONDAY-Thursday PLUS QADLA'

7. SELLING FOOD DURING THE DAY

9. USING EYE DROPS
The reality in society is that there are quite a few things that need to be reaffirmed regarding whether or not worship is valid. A small example, someone who is fasting treats his eyes with Visin, but it turns out that the drops really hurt his throat. Does this break the fast? 
Answer: The fast is not broken. Because the eye medication that is felt in the throat enters through the pores, not a hole through the throat, like the nose. Reference :

10. HEAVY WORKERS CANCEL THE FASTING
The lives of people below the poverty line are very worrying. They have to work hard, tirelessly to cover the needs of their wife and children. Even heavy work is considered normal, rather than nothing at all. Can heavy workers such as construction workers, rice reapers and others break their fast? 
Answer: No, unless you are fasting you will experience exhaustion (masyaqqat). Reference:

11. THE NUMBER OF QADLA FOR FASTING IS NOT KNOWN
The door to repentance is not yet closed, as long as the life is still in the body and one is serious, God willing, it will be forgiven. However, repenting is not enough just to regret, besides that you also have to fulfill all obligations that have been left behind, including fasting. How many fasts must be made qadlâ', if someone forgets the number of fasts he has missed?

12. FASTING WOMEN WHO HAVEN'T BEEN BATHING
As is known, when menstrual blood comes out, women are not allowed to perform acts of worship that require the intention or purity of hadats, such as: prayer, tawaf and others. Vice versa, she must immediately perform fardlu worship when menstrual blood starts to stop. Is it valid to fast for women who have been clogged from menstruation but have not yet taken a big bath?

13. THE DRIVER OFTEN CANCELS THE FASTING
Getting married and starting a family is not an easy job, it requires physical and mental readiness. Just put the bus driver who is away from his family every day because of economic demands. His life is always traveling from one city to another for the sake of his children and wife. Is it permissible for the driver to break his fast every day considering he is always traveling? 
Answer: Not allowed, because it will leave the obligation of fasting forever, unless there is an intention to make up for the fast. However, according to Ibn Hajar while traveling, it is permissible to break the fast. Reference :

16. Brush your teeth with toothpaste

17. ENTRY OF THUS INTO THE STOMACH
A person who has the flu usually has a blocked nose due to the large amount of phlegm in it. Sometimes the phlegm is swallowed by itself because it is difficult to prevent it from being swallowed. Is the fast of a person who has phlegm in his nasal cavity and then it enters his stomach? 
Answer: Detailed;
- If it has reached the outer limit of the throat, then swallowing is haram and breaks the fast. 
- If it is still within the limits of the throat, then it is permissible and does not break the fast. 
What is meant by the outer boundary in the opinion of Imam Nawawi (mu'tamad) is the makhroj letter kha' (ح), and below that is the inner boundary. Meanwhile, according to some scholars, the outer boundary is the makhroj letter kho'(خ), and below it is the inner boundary. Reference:

19. GUESSING THAT THE TIME TO BREAK HAS ARRIVED
While waiting to break the fast, people usually look for their own activities, such as reciting the Koran, listening to spiritual sermons, etc. Suddenly, just before sunset, the electricity went out and clouds covered the sky. So they have difficulty finding information on the time of the Maghrib call to prayer. Because they had been waiting for a long time, they finally thought that the time to break the fast had arrived. However, in the middle of breaking the fast, they heard the new Maghrib call to prayer being said. Is it valid for someone to fast as described above?

20. FASTING PEOPLE ARE FAILING
For whatever reason, someone who is fasting faints during the day, then regains consciousness shortly before sunset. Is the fast still valid in the above case?

21. CANCELING THE SUNAH FASTING
As we know, it is not permissible to cancel an obligatory fast such as Ramadan fasting if there is no excuse. What is the law on breaking a sunnah fast?

When the dry season arrives, fine dust usually flies everywhere due to fairly strong winds, especially in areas where the land is barren. Can getting dust in your mouth break your fast?

23. WATER ENTERES YOUR EARS WHEN SHOWING

24. TOUCHING THE ANUS FOR FASTING PEOPLE
Istinjâ' must be done to the maximum so that the dirt can be completely cleaned. On the other hand, for people who fast, inserting a finger into the anal cavity can break the fast. To what extent can inserting a finger into the anal cavity break the fast?

26. DIED BEFORE QADL' THE FASTING
Mr. Durahem has responsibility for qadlâ' fasting, because during the month of Ramadlan he was sick. But unexpectedly, death came to him before he could do his qadlâ'i. Is it considered that he died in a state of immorality?

The night of Laylat al-Qadar is a night full of blessings. In the Qur'an itself it is recognized as a night that is better than a thousand months. 28. THE HABIT OF BURPPING (JAPANESE; GLEGEKAN)
Pak Hasan has a habit of burping (Javanese; glege'en) after eating a fairly large portion of food. Sometimes when he burps, the food in his stomach comes back out like someone vomiting. Is it permissible for him to eat jumbo portions at dawn, considering that in the morning, he will experience belching and expel food from his stomach? 
Answer: It is permissible and does not break the fast, even if it happens repeatedly. As long as the food that comes out of his stomach is not swallowed again and he is required to rinse his mouth. Reference:

32. TRADITIONAL LIMITATIONS REGARDING NISHFU SYA'BAN FASTING
Fasting in the last half of the month of Sha'ban is haram, except for those who have previously made a habit of fasting. To what extent is someone considered "accustomed to fasting" regarding the above problems? 
Answer: When the person has fasted before the last half of the month of Sha'ban, even if only once a week or once a month, provided that it continues.
