Log in to your Jakarta account. If you don't have an account, the applicant can register first.

Cara Lapor Jual Kendaraan Online
Pelaporan penjualan kendaraan bisa dilakukan melalui situs pajakonline.jakarta. Pelaporan jual kendaraan secara online dilakukan agar pemblokiran atas Surat Tanda Nomor Kendaraan (STNK) bisa dilakukan. Sebelum mengajukan laporan ada beberapa syarat dokumen yang harus disiapkan yakni sebagai berikut.

Masuk ke akun jakarta. jika belum memiliki akun pemohon bisa mendaftar terlebih dahulu.
Setelah memiliki akun silakan login kemudian masuk ke menu PKB. Di menu Objek Pajak akan muncul seluruh NOPOL yang terdaftar berdasarkan NIK. Setelah itu pilih tab Pelayanan
Pemohon akan dibawa ke halaman daftar pelayanan, silakan mengetik atau memilih “Lapor Jual” di kolom “Jenis Pelayanan”

Setelah itu klik SIMPAN. Jika berhasil tersimpan silakan klik gambar pesawat kertas lalu masukkan kode OTP yang telah dikirim ke email Anda atau di kotak masuk pesan layanan pajak online.
Klik Kirim. Akan dilakukan verifikasi terhadap permohonan oleh petugas UPPPKB. Jika disetujui maka NIK Anda tidak lagi terhubung dengan NOPOL kendaraan yang sudah dijual.
Untuk melakukan pengecekan apakah NOPOL yang dilaporkan berhasil diblokir, masuk ke halaman PKB lalu masuk ke tab OBJEK PAJAK.
Bagi warga Jawa Barat pemblokiran nama pemilik lama di STNK bisa dilakukan dengan mengunduh aplikasi Sambara (pengguna Android) atau Sapawarga (pengguna iOS). Ikuti langkah pemblokiran STNK berikut ini.
