Otorita IKN Buka Lowongan 355 Formasi PPPK 2023, Lulusan SMA Bisa Daftar
- Otorita Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN) mengumumkan penerimaan pegawai pemerintah dengan perjanjian kerja (PPPK) 2023.
Informasi itu dimuat dalam Surat Pengumuman Nomor P.021/Otorita IKN/IX/2023 yang ditandatangani oleh Sekretaris Otorita IKN selaku Ketua Panitia Seleksi Pengadaan CASN 2023, Achmad Jaka Santos Adiwijaya, Selasa (19/9/2023).

Pendaftaran dibuka bersamaan dengan seleksi calon aparatur sipil negara (CASN), Rabu, 20 Juli 2023.

Rincian formasi PPPK IKN 2023
Mengacu pada Surat Pengumuman Nomor P.021/Otorita IKN/IX/2023, Otorita IKN membuka lowongan 355 formasi untuk PPPK 2023 yang terdiri dari:
Formasi khusus: 138.
Formasi umum: 217.
Formasi khusus ditujukan bagi mereka yang merupakan eks THK-II, tenaga non ASN, dan penyandang disabilitas.
Sementara formasi umum ditujukan untuk pelamar sekali kategori di atas.
Berdarkan pantauan Kompas.com, Sabtu (23/9/2023), pelamar PPPK yang lolos dan dinyatakan diterima berhak mendapat gaji Rp 5-10 juta.

Berikut rincian formasi PPPK IKN 2023:
1. Pemadam Kebakaran
Kualifikasi pendidikan: SMA sederajat
2. Penata Laksana Penyehatan Lingkungan
Kualifikasi pendidikan: SMA IPA dan SMK Teknik Perawatan Gedung, SMK Konstruksi Gedung dan Sanitasi, SMK Teknik Konstruksi dan Perumahan, SMK Desain Permodelan dan Informasi Bangunan.
3. Pengendali Ekosistem Hutan
Kualifikasi pendidikan: SMK Kehutanan, SMK Pertanian, SMK Perpetaan.
4. Arsiparis
Kualifikasi pendidikan: D3 semua jurusan.
5. Pranata Komputer
Kualifikasi pendidikan: D3 Teknik Komputer, D3 Teknik Informatika.
6. Teknisi Perkebunrayaan
Kualifikasi pendidikan: D3 Pertanian, D3 Biologi, dan D3 Kehutanan.
7. Perencanaan
Kualifikasi pendidikan: S1 semua jurusan.
8. Adyatama Kepariwisataan dan Ekonomi Kreatif
Kualifikasi pendidikan: S1 Hukum, S1 Ekonomi, S1 Akuntansi, S1 Manajemen, S1 Pariwisata, dan S1 Kriya Seni.
9. Analis Kebijakan
Kualifikasi pendidikan: S1 Sosial, S1 Hukum, S1 Manajemen, S1 Ilmu Pemerintahan, S1 Administrasi.
10. Analis Ketahanan Pangan
Kualifikasi pendidikan: S1 Ilmu Pangan, S2 Ilmu Pertanian, S1 Teknologi Pangan, S1 Ilmu Gizi atau Gizi Masyarakat.

Pelamar yang berminat dapat segera melakukan pendaftaran jika memenuhi beberapa persyaratan berikut ini:
1. Warga Negara Indonesia (WNI).
2. Memenuhi batas usia yang ditentukan:
Formasi khusus: pelamar berusia minimal 20 tahun, maksimal 57 tahun.
Formasi umum: berusia minimal 20 tahun dan maksimal 40 tahun.
3. Lulusan D3, D4, atau S1 dengan IPK 3,00 untuk formasi khusus.
4. Lulusan D3, D4, atau S1 dan menguasai Bahasa Inggris dibuktikan dengan hasil TOEFL/TOEFL Preparation/TOEFL Prediction dalam 2 tahun terakhir dengan nilai 500.
5. Tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan hormat tidak atas permintaan sendiri atau tidak dengan hormat sebagai PNS, Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja, Prajurit Tentara Nasional Indonesia, anggota Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia, atau diberhentikan tidak dengan hormat sebagai Pegawai Swasta.
6. Tidak menjadi anggota atau pengurus Partai Politik atau terlibat politik praktis.
7. Memiliki kualifikasi Pendidikan sesuai dengan persyaratan jabatan.
8. Sehat jasmani dan rohani sesuai dengan persyaratan jabatan yang dilamar.
9. Tidak berkedudukan sebagai Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil, Pegawai Negeri Sipil, Calon Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja, Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja, Prajurit Tentara Nasional Indonesia, atau anggota Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia.

10. Tidak pernah melakukan dan/atau terlibat tindakan pelanggaran seleksi dalam 3 periode seleksi CASN sebelumnya.
11. Tidak berstatus sebagai peserta lulus seleksi Calon Aparatur Sipil Negara yang sedang dalam proses pengusulan penetapan NIP/NI PPPK.
12. Bagi Formasi Umum, yang melamar pada Jabatan Fungsional Ahli Pertama, memiliki pengalaman di bidang kerja yang relevan dengan Jabatan Fungsional yang dilamar paling singkat 2 tahun, sedangkan yang melamar pada Jabatan Fungsional Ahli Muda, memiliki pengalaman di bidang kerja yang relevan dengan Jabatan Fungsional yang dilamar paling singkat 3 tahun.
13. Bersedia ditempatkan pada Wilayah Penyelenggaraan Organisasi Otorita Ibu Kota Nusantara.

14. Pelamar yang berasal dari Penyandang Disabilitas wajib memenuhi ketentuan sebagaimana ketentuan persyaratan yang berlaku pada Formasi Khusus, serta emenuhi ketentuan:
Menyatakan bahwa yang bersangkutan merupakan penyandang disabilitas pada saat melamar di SSCASN.
Melampirkan surat keterangan dari dokter Rumah Sakit Pemerintah/Puskesmas yang menerangkan jenis dan derajat kedisabilitasannya.
Menyampaikan video singkat yang menunjukkan kegiatan sehari-hari dalam menjalankan aktivitas sesuai jabatan yang akan dilamar.
Jadwal seleksi PPPK IKN 2023
Pelaksanaan seleksi PPPK 2023 terbagi menjadi 16 tahap yang juga mulai dilaksanakan pada 20 September 2023 dan berakhir pada 11 Februari 2024. Berikut jadwalnya:
Pengumuman seleksi: 19 September-3 Oktober 2023.
Pendaftaran seleksi: 20 September-9 Oktober 2023.
Seleksi administrasi: 20 September-12 Oktober 2023.
Pengumuman hasil seleksi administrasi: 13-16 Oktober 2023.
Masa sanggah: 17-19 Oktober 2023 Jawab sanggah 17-21 Oktober 2023.
Pengumuman pascasanggah: 20-26 Oktober 2023.
Penarikan data final: 27-29 Oktober 2023.
Penjadwalan seleksi kompetensi: 30 Oktober-2 November 2023.
Pengumuman daftar peserta, waktu, dan tempat seleksi kompetensi: 3-6 November 2023.
Pelaksanaan seleksi kompetensi: 8 November-2 Desember 2023.
Pelaksanaan seleksi kompetensi teknis tambahan: 13 November-4 Desember 2023.
Pengolahan nilai seleksi kompetensi: 28 November-7 Desember 2023.
Pengumuman kelulusan: 4-13 Desember 2023.
Pengisian DRH NI PPPK: 14 Desember 2023-12 Januari 2024.
Usul penetapan NI PPPK: 13 Januari-11 Februari 2024.
IKN Authority Opens Vacancies for 355 PPPK Formations 2023, High School Graduates Can Register
- The Nusantara Capital Authority (IKN) announced the recruitment of government employees with work agreements (PPPK) 2023.
This information was contained in the Announcement Letter Number P.021/Otorita IKN/IX/2023 which was signed by the Secretary of the IKN Authority as Chair of the 2023 CASN Procurement Selection Committee, Achmad Jaka Santos Adiwijaya, Tuesday (19/9/2023).
Registration opens simultaneously with the selection of candidates for state civil servants (CASN), Wednesday, July 20 2023.

Details of the 2023 IKN PPPK formation
Referring to the Announcement Letter Number P.021/Otorita IKN/IX/2023, the IKN Authority opens vacancies for 355 formations for the 2023 PPPK, consisting of:
Special formation: 138.
General lineup: 217.
Special formations are intended for those who are former THK-II, non-ASN personnel, and people with disabilities.
Meanwhile, the general formation is aimed at applicants in the categories above.
Based on monitoring by Kompas.com, Saturday (23/9/2023), PPPK applicants who pass and are declared accepted are entitled to a salary of IDR 5-10 million.

Following are the details of the 2023 IKN PPPK formation:
1. Firefighter
Educational qualification: High school equivalent
2. Environmental Health Administrator
Educational qualifications: SMA Science and Vocational School for Building Maintenance Engineering, Vocational School for Building Construction and Sanitation, Vocational School for Construction and Housing Engineering, Vocational School for Modeling Design and Building Information.
3. Forest Ecosystem Controller
Educational qualifications: Forestry Vocational School, Agriculture Vocational School, Mapper Vocational School.
4. Archivist
Educational qualifications: D3 in all majors.
5. Computer Institutions
Educational qualifications: D3 Computer Engineering, D3 Informatics Engineering.
6. Plantation Technician
Educational qualifications: D3 Agriculture, D3 Biology, and D3 Forestry.
7. Planning
Educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any major.
8. Adyatama Tourism and Creative Economy
Educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Law, Bachelor's degree in Economics, Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Bachelor's degree in Management, Bachelor's degree in Tourism, and Bachelor's degree in Arts Crafts.
9. Policy Analyst
Educational qualifications: Bachelor of Social Affairs, Bachelor of Law, Bachelor of Management, Bachelor of Government Science, Bachelor of Administration.
10. Food Security Analyst
Educational qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Master's Degree in Agricultural Science, Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition Science or Community Nutrition.

Interested applicants can register immediately if they meet the following requirements:
1. Indonesian citizen (WNI).
2. Meet the specified age limits:
Special formation: applicants must be at least 20 years old, maximum 57 years old.
General formation: minimum 20 years old and maximum 40 years old.
3. D3, D4, or S1 graduates with a GPA of 3.00 for special formation.
4. D3, D4, or S1 graduate and mastery of English as proven by TOEFL/TOEFL Preparation/TOEFL Prediction results in the last 2 years with a score of 500.
5. Never been honorably dismissed at your own request or dishonorably as a civil servant, government employee with a work agreement, Indonesian National Army soldier, member of the Indonesian National Police, or dishonorably dismissed as a private employee.
6. Not be a member or administrator of a political party or be involved in practical politics.
7. Have educational qualifications in accordance with the position requirements.
8. Physically and spiritually healthy in accordance with the requirements of the position applied for.
9. Not be a Civil Servant Candidate, Civil Servant, Government Employee Candidate with a Work Agreement, Government Employee with a Work Agreement, Indonesian National Army Soldier, or member of the Indonesian National Police.

10. Have never committed and/or been involved in selection violations in the previous 3 CASN selection periods.
11. Not having the status as a participant who has passed the selection of Candidates for State Civil Apparatus who are in the process of proposing to determine the NIP/NI PPPK.
12. For General Formation, those applying for the First Expert Functional Position, have experience in the work field relevant to the Functional Position for which they are applying for a minimum of 2 years, while those applying for the Junior Expert Functional Position, have experience in the work field relevant to theThe minimum functional position applied for is 3 years.
13. Willing to be placed in the Implementation Area of the Archipelago Capital Authority Organization.

14. Applicants from Persons with Disabilities are required to fulfill the provisions as per the requirements applicable to Special Formation, as well as fulfill the provisions:
State that the person concerned is a person with a disability when applying to SSCASN.
Attach a certificate from a doctor at the Government Hospital/Puskesmas explaining the type and degree of disability.
Submit a short video showing daily activities in carrying out activities according to the position you are applying for.
2023 PPPK IKN selection schedule
The implementation of the 2023 PPPK selection is divided into 16 stages which will also start on September 20 2023 and end on February 11 2024. The following is the schedule:

Selection registration: 20 September-9 October 2023.
Administrative selection: 20 September-12 October 2023.
Announcement of administrative selection results: 13-16 October 2023.
Rebuttal period: 17-19 October 2023 Reply to objection 17-21 October 2023.
Post-rebuttal announcement: 20-26 October 2023.
Final data withdrawal: 27-29 October 2023.
Competency selection scheduling: 30 October-2 November 2023.
Announcement of list of participants, time and location for competency selection: 3-6 November 2023.
Implementation of competency selection: 8 November-2 December 2023.
Implementation of additional technical competency selection: 13 November-4 December 2023.
