Opening Up, Shane Reveals the "Power" of Mario Dandy's Rubicon: Can Enter Toll Roads Without PayingThe suspect Shane Lukas (19) openly revealed the "magic" of the Jeep Rubicon owned by Mario Dandy Satriyo (20).
Mario is a friend of Shane's who abused D, the son of an administrator for the Ansor Youth Movement (GP). Mario is also known to be the son of a former Director General of Tax official, Rafael Alun Trisambodo.
Shane's attorney, Happy SP Sihombing, said that his client had been friends with Mario for the last year or so. According to Shane, Mario did not pay when crossing the toll road.
"He (Mario) also, according to our client, takes the Rubicon, he always passes (the toll road) without paying. Someone said, 'This is Shane's way of not paying via the toll," said Happy, quoted from TribunJakarta.com, Wednesday (1/ 3/2023).
In this case, Shane also feels cheated by Mario. Shane admitted that he had never been invited by Mario to the location of D's persecution at Pesanggrahan, South Jakarta.
At that time he was promised by Mario to a place in the Lebak Bulus area, South Jakarta. In fact, Mario took Shane to where D was and asked him to record the abuse.
Rubicon is included in the Bromo tourism forbidden area
The photo showing Mario in the Bromo Tengger Semeru area while showing off his Jeep Rubicon also became a polemic.
The Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy (Menparekraf) Sandiaga Uno also paid attention to Mario's upload on social media.
He explained that the Bromo Tengger Semeru area is one of the priority tourism destinations. The superior thing in the area is nature conservation-based tourism.
"I want to remind that we comply with the regulations. Don't let us destroy our tourist attraction," he said in The Weekly Brief with Sandi Uno, Monday (27/2/2023).
Sandiaga admitted that he had repeatedly received photos showing cars or other motorized vehicles crossing the Bromo Tengger Semeru area.
In fact, he hopes that the authenticity and sustainability of the area must be maintained. For this reason, he will coordinate again with the tour administrators at that place.
Now, Mario is being charged with Article 76 c in conjunction with Article 80 of Law Number 35 of 2014 with a maximum penalty of five years, a subsidiary of Article 351 paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code (KUHP), with a five-year sentence.
Shane, who recorded the abuse, has also been named a suspect and charged with Article 76c in conjunction with Article 80 of Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection, a subsidiary of Article 351 of the Criminal Code.

Tersangka Shane Lukas (19) secara buka-bukaan mengungkapkan "kesaktian" mobil Jeep Rubicon milik Mario Dandy Satriyo (20).
Mario merupakan teman Shane yang menganiaya D, anak dari pengurus Gerakan Pemuda (GP) Ansor. Mario juga diketahui sebagai anak eks pejabat Direktorat Jenderal Pajak, Rafael Alun Trisambodo.
Kuasa hukum Shane, Happy SP Sihombing, mengatakan kliennya itu sudah berteman dengan Mario selama sekitar satu tahun terakhir. Menurut Shane, Mario tidak membayar ketika melintas di jalan tol.
"Dia (Mario) juga kalau bawa Rubicon menurut klien kami, dia selalu lewat (tol) tidak bayar. Ada dia bilang, 'ini Shane caranya enggak bayar lewat tol'," ungkap Happy, dilansir dari TribunJakarta .com, Rabu (1/3/2023).
Dalam perkara ini, Shane juga merasa ditipu oleh Mario. Shane mengaku tidak pernah diajak Mario ke lokasi penganiayaan D di bilangan Pesanggrahan, Jakarta Selatan.
Saat itu ia justru dijanjikan Mario ke suatu tempat di wilayah Lebak Bulus, Jakarta Selatan. Kenyataannya, Mario membawa Shane ke lokasi D berada lalu diminta merekam penganiayaan.
Rubicon masuk area terlarang wisata Bromo
Foto yang menampilkan Mario sedang berada di kawasan Bromo Tengger Semeru sambil memamerkan mobil Jeep Rubicon miliknya juga jadi polemik.
Menteri Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif (Menparekraf) Sandiaga Uno turut menaruh perhatian pada unggahan Mario di media sosial itu.
Ia menjelaskan, kawasan Bromo Tengger Semeru merupakan salah satu destinasi pariwisata prioritas. Hal yang diunggulkan di kawasan tersebut adalah pariwisata berbasis alam konservasi.
"Saya ingin mengingatkan bahwa kita mematuhi peraturan. Jangan sampai kita merusak daya tarik wisata kita,” ujar dia dalam The Weekly Brief with Sandi Uno, Senin (27/2/2023).
Sandiaga mengaku telah berulang kali mendapatkan kiriman foto yang memperlihatkan mobil atau kendaraan bermotor lain melintasi kawasan Bromo Tengger Semeru.
Padahal, ia berharap kawasan tersebut harus dijaga keaslian dan kelestariannya. Untuk itu, ia akan berkoordinasi kembali dengan pengurus wisata di tempat itu.
Kini, Mario dijerat Pasal 76 c juncto Pasal 80 Undang-undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 dengan ancaman pidana maksimal lima tahun subsider pasal 351 ayat 2 Kitab Undang-undang Hukum Pidana (KUHP) dengan ancaman pidana lima tahun.
Shane yang merekam penganiayaan itu juga telah ditetapkan tersangka dan dijerat dengan Pasal 76c juncto Pasal 80 UU Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 tentang Perlindungan Anak subsider Pasal 351 KUHP.
