List of Political Parties Rejecting Decisions of Central Jakarta District Court Postponed Elections
The Central Jakarta District Court won the civil lawsuit of the Adil Makmur People's Party (Prima) against the General Elections Commission (KPU), Thursday (2/3/2022).
In its decision, the Central Jakarta District Court ordered the KPU to postpone the 2024 election stages and carry out the stages from the beginning for approximately 2 years, 4 months and 7 days.
Based on this decision, the KPU ensures that it will take steps to appeal.
"KPU will seek legal appeals," said KPU RI chairman Hasyim Asy'ari, last Thursday.
This decision also sparked a wave of criticism from various parties, including elements from political parties (political parties).
The following is a list of political parties that rejected the decision:
1. PDI-P
PDI Perjuangan firmly rejects the court decision which postponed the election. The rejection was conveyed by PDI-P Secretary General Hasto Kristiyanto.
According to Hasto, there is great power behind the court's decision.

"We see a big force behind the court incident at the Central Jakarta District Court which tried to postpone the election," said Hasto, Saturday (4/3/2023).
2. Democratic Party
The Democratic Party participated in rejecting the court's decision. The rejection was conveyed directly by the Chairman of the Democratic Party's High Council, Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY).
SBY considered that the court's decision was out of common sense.
"What is really going on?" said SBY through his Twitter account, Friday (3/3/2023).
3. VFD
The Prosperous Justice Party (PKS) rejects the court's decision and believes that the issue of the election stages cannot be interrupted just because of one political party.
Member of Commission II of the House of Representatives of the PKS Fraction, Mardani Ali Sera, said whether or not the election took place was the authority of the Constitutional Court (MK).
4. Gerindra Party
General Chairperson of the Gerindra Party, Prabowo Subianto, said the court's decision to postpone the election stages was unwise and unreasonable.
5. Nasdem Party
The Nasdem Party also criticized the decision to postpone the election stages.
The general chairman of the Nasdem Party, Surya Paloh, agrees with Prabowo.
6. PPP
The United Development Party (PPP) also took a stance on the court's decision ordering the postponement of the elections.
Quoted from Tribunnews.com, Deputy Chairman of the DPP PPP Amir Uskara agreed with the KPU's move to take an appeal.
7. Golkar Party
As quoted from Warta Kota, the Golkar Party believes that the decision by the Central Jakarta District Court could inflame the people.
Jakarta Golkar Party DPD Secretary, Basri Baco emphasized that there is no strong reason for the 2024 Election to be postponed.
8. PKB
The National Awakening Party (PKB) also vehemently rejected the decision to postpone the election. This was conveyed by Deputy Chairman of Commission II DPR RI PKB faction Yanuar Prihatin.
Yanuar said the decision of the Central Jakarta District Court was rather strange, awkward and unusual.
"The district court has acted beyond the limits of its authority, and seems very forced," he said.
Daftar Parpol yang Tolak Putusan PN Jakpus Pemilu Ditunda
Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat memenangkan gugatan perdata Partai Rakyat Adil Makmur (Prima) terhadap Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU), Kamis (2/3/2022).
Dalam putusannya, Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat memerintahkan KPU menunda tahapan Pemilu 2024 dan melaksanakan tahapan dari awal selama lebih kurang 2 tahun 4 bulan dan 7 hari.
Atas putusan tersebut, KPU memastikan akan mengambil langkah banding.
"KPU akan upaya hukum banding," ujar Ketua KPU RI Hasyim Asy'ari, Kamis pekan lalu.
Putusan ini pun memantik gelombang kritik dari berbagai pihak, termasuk dari elemen partai politik (parpol).
Berikut daftar parpol yang menolak putusan tersebut:
1. PDI-P
PDI Perjuangan secara tegas menolak putusan pengadilan yang menunda pemilu. Sikap penolakan disampaikan Sekretaris Jenderal PDI-P Hasto Kristiyanto.
Menurut Hasto, ada kekuatan besar di balik putusan pengadilan tersebut.

"Kita melihat pada suatu kekuatan besar di balik peristiwa pengadilan di PN Jakpus tersebut yang mencoba untuk menunda pemilu," kata Hasto, Sabtu (4/3/2023).
2. Partai Demokrat
Partai Demokrat turut serta menolak putusan pengadilan. Penolakan disampaikan langsung Ketua Majelis Tinggi Partai Demokrat, Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY).
SBY menilai putusan pengadilan tersebut keluar dari akal sehat.

3. PKS
Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (PKS) menolak putusan pengadilan dan menganggap persoalan tahapan pemilu tidak bisa diinterupsi hanya karena satu parpol.
Anggota Komisi II DPR Fraksi PKS Mardani Ali Sera menyebut berjalan atau tidaknya pemilu merupakan kewenangan Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK).
4. Partai Gerindra
Ketua Umum Partai Gerindra Prabowo Subianto menyebut putusan pengadilan menunda tahapan pemilu kurang arif dan tak masuk akal.
5. Partai Nasdem
Partai Nasdem turut mengkritik putusan agar tahapan pemilu ditunda.
Ketua Umum Partai Nasdem Surya Paloh sependapat dengan Prabowo.
6. PPP
Partai Persatuan Pembangunan (PPP) turut mengambil sikap atas putusan pengadilan yang memerintahkan untuk menunda pemilu.
Dikutip dari Tribunnews .com, Wakil Ketua DPP PPP Amir Uskara setuju dengan langkah KPU yang mengambil sikap banding.
7. Partai Golkar
Dikutip dari Warta Kota, Partai Golkar menilai putusan Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat bisa memantik amarah rakyat.
Sekretaris DPD Partai Golkar DKI Jakarta, Basri Baco menegaskan tidak ada alasan kuat agar Pemilu 2024 ditunda.
8. PKB
Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa (PKB) turut lantang menolak putusan penundaan pemilu. Hal itu disampaikan Wakil Ketua Komisi II DPR RI Fraksi PKB Yanuar Prihatin.
Yanuar menyebut putusan PN Jakpus agak aneh, janggal dan tidak lazim.
"Pengadilan negeri telah bertindak melampauai batas kewenangannya, dan terkesan sangat dipaksakan," tegas dia.
